Baldur's Gate 3

he hasn't got a good voice and he's not good at acting
We'll have to agree to disagree on that, as with all actors I guess. I would say though that if the thing which spoilt Cyberpunk for you, was one npc, in one location, then you have more tolerance of overlooking all its other issues than me :D

Question for you chaps. Is there a mod that allows levelling up of characters in game?
I used to have a similar mod in Neverwinter, and found it brilliant for creating test builds, such that I could see where things would lead to.
Hoping that there's something similar.

If I'm not mistaken there's been XP/Level altering mods before, and so you'll just need to wait for a modder to release one and apply it to your game. But we won't know how long that'll be as modding for BG3 has taken a few turns as things got altered during development.

I thought Jerome Flynn was very good in Game of Thrones :D

That guy is a singer/pop star? Consider my mind blown. Thought he did a good enough job of his character. Would have never guessed he was pop star though.

I have not kept up with music for a good 15+ years btw. I find most of it to be just pure rubbish.

He was awesome in GoT really acted the part well.

The song most of us probably know them from is this one:

What scares me about this game is I loved Divinity Original Sin but really did not enjoy the sequel. I have tried to play it 3-4 times now but just find the characters and story boring as hell.

Also they want £50 for it and no way to get it for £35 which is what I am comfortable forking out these days. Seems I will have to wait a year or two for that price.

Basically, he became a bit of a housewife lust target for his role in Soldier Soldier and of course as was often the way back then, if you were fancied by a lot of people for your part in a tv show you inevitably then went on to release songs (Minogue, Donovan, Nick Berry etc etc). He was actually quite the success as a singer with 3 Number 1 hits, including the one which stayed at number 1 for 2 months and was actually the best selling single in its year, outselling Celine Dion, Michael Jackson, Oasis, Blur, U2 and so on

Meh, I'd like it but still haven't started DOS1 or 2 in any meaningful way.

Starfield will be keeping me busy anyways.

Both brilliant games, dont need to play them for BG3 of course but brilliant games, probably can be picked up pretty cheap these days too.

BG3 is the game that will tide me over nicely for a month before Starfield (and of course keep playing should Starfield turn out to be cack)

Save scum until all perfect roles :D

I'll see how the game goes I really have no idea how it plays only that I liked Divinity 2 and the same studio is making this, so I have good hope for it.

If I die in Divinity 2 it just sends me back to the last save, I don't play hardcore mode or anything but tend to play on slightly harder difficulty. In my current campaign I've been able to out-gear most of the things around my level and got my strategies working nicely as well.

Here's the most important question in relation to BG3 : will you respect every die rolll made in game, or will you scum save ?

Depends. If I get really annoyed I will make use of a quick save. Otherwise I try not to do it if possible.
