Baldur's Gate 3

Ten years to make something completed in a weekend lol. I didn't get rejected by Astarion because I found his voice annoying and killed him.
I'd be interested to see a stat of how many people also killed that squirrel in the first hub you get to

I was leaving him in camp as I found him a bit annoying. But eventually you realise he is excellent for getting in to high level locked areas. I was even able to get in to some 30 ranked doors.

Not only that but I started doing his quest line and I have been finding it stunningly well written.

Truly some excellence story arcs in this game. Normally they can be shallow and predictable but I genuinely am loving some of the character/quest development.

Does anyone just stick to the same party throughout RPGs and then on their next play through have a different party, that's my plan with BG3. It makes me excited to see what they are like, I will definitely be playing this gem a few times.

Also can't believe people have finished this already, if I tried to race it I would have spoilt it for myself. I'll be lucky to finish this before Xmas with the amount of time I get to play

Chopped and changed a bit to find a group I liked, but suspect I'll be sticking with the group I have now.

Wasn't sure on his class but I'm a rogue. Unfortunately I'm not yet liking any of the characters, to the point I find most of them annoying.

Yeah Astarion really started to annoy me so I've left him in camp. It was a toss up between Laezel and Karlach, went with Karlach because Laezel started to annoy me with her attitude though from current progression I can see how she could grow on you. Karlach isn't perfect, her british accent and over the top enthusiasm coupled with the low intelligence can be a bit grating, shes tolerable enough to use though.
Others are myself, shadowheart and Gale. Wyll seems kind of interesting, might use him next play through.

In my evil run through, I killed Wyll and Shadowheart killed Laezel, so my party currently consists of Karlach, Shadowheart and Astarion. If only I could corrupt Haslin to the dark side I'd put him in my party

Laezel and Shadowheart had a fight in my camp but I managed to get them to kiss and make up :D They seem okay with each other now. I haven't got to the part where you can recruit Halsin yet, just done the fight at last light inn.

I let that fight play itself out, whoever came out strongest is the one I want, in this instance it was Shadowheart :)

Thing is, I think there is some good in all the characters and I believe they all deserve a chance to prove themselves so I hate seeing their progression just cut short.

If I was doing an evil play through I would definitley take astarion, I can't work out if he is dumb, evil or desperate though, I mean going by his backstory
he was basically a slave
.

There should be yeah, not many, if anyone at all truth be told, is purely evil. Even the most nutty of serial killers and dictators have some good in them. For my Dark Dwarf run its all about encouraging them to lean toward the bad in them and turn from the good :D

i guess its not as simple as droping a dice skin in to a folder then :/

I havent go this downloaded yet, as its the 3rd time its forcing me to download so may be next weekend i can join the club.

If you're bored of rolling the same colour die all the time there are now mods available to give you way more choice. The one I'm using called "Custom Dice" at nexus has 20 options to pick from

Of all the things I'm bored with in this game I cannot say the colour of a dice I roll is one of them,.but it's cool to have the option I guess.

Game is getting buggier for me on each update. Just started the first battle with the goblins and the battle UI didn't come up so I can't actually do anything, and it says press space to skip as if I were watching the cutscene.
