Batman™: Arkham Knight Performance

Have you some evidence(a link to it will do) that Nvidia have the right to delay a game if they are mot happy with it?

I don't have any evidence for it, but considering how involved Nvidia are in Ak's promotion and that they are using Nvidia's gameworks, WB games may have thought twice about releasing it if Nvidia had objected. Even if gameworks here isn't the main problem, it still reflects badly on Nvidia if gameworks titles are criticised this much.

It's fine because it plays smoothly with no slow down?

I think the point to be made is, it's not 'fine' that a system as powerful as yours cannot even maintain a solid 60fps all the time.

Your CPU alone costs twice as much as a ps4 (roughly?) which apparently runs the game very well.

I don't have the game but from what I'm reading, it's yet another cluster**** of a PC port to add to the growing list. Woeful stuff.

Except a PS4 is 1080p and I'm gaming at a higher resolution. And I am not 100% sure if it's using both cards, didn't get long enough playing it.

Just been catching up on this thread, so its confirmed (by AMD fanboys) that the game has problems due to Gameworks and its Nvidia's fault ?

Everyone should vote with their wallet (refund) if they're severely frustrated. If they see a huge influx of refunds, which I bet they are... it will tell them more than bickering on a forum.

I think this is exactly the way to deal with it. If it doesn't hurt them financially, they don't care. Hopefully it won't lead to more developers coming up with their own platforms like uPlay though, to avoid the Steam refund policy. The world doesn't need another uPlay.

So your input is based on what's been posted on the tinternet,

must be true then

Yeah, it's not like anyone looks on the internet these days for reviews, and user feedback and opinion, before buying something is it. That would be just madness.

Metacritic user reviews: currently at 1.4 out of 10. Just one example.

I don't have the game. You don't know what my system is

You don't even have the game yet you're complaining that it's a shoddy PC port? Based, I assume, on posts on here and the Internet.

I've got the game. I've played it. To me it looks nice and performs well.

Have IQ's exponentially dropped on here today?

Can't be bothered. Enjoy the game if you're enjoying it and let's leave it at that eh.
