Batman™: Arkham Knight Performance

They needs to be a new standard that all PC games should follow that all gamers can enjoy..

You get people say but PhysX etc sells Nvidia GPUs.. But if we just forget about this for a second and have this become one standard fits all...

Some of the blame has to sit with developers for incorporating 'closed' tech in their game.

If they refused to support any in-game tech that favoured any gpu - whether it's gameworks or mantle - then there would be less bandwidth wasted on the internet in pointless arguments :)

Vega, I take your point but I don't think capping a game at 30fps, on the PC, should EVER be used or touted as an acceptable solution. You can't say there are no performance issues, if you're having to do that! I know youre playing at 4k, but a Titan X should be able to run a batman game, better than a console. Come on, we're better than this :)

Normally i would agree and hate the look of 30fps when panning a camera, it makes me feel ill and it also feels laggy. On this game though it looks fine in motion which is a first (nice use of motion blur effects or something but it does a great job). Not the clarity of 60fps in motion obviously but not that juddery horrid look 30fps is known for, plus a bonus no sli issues to worry about. I'm more concerned about the not as good as PS4 graphics TBH.

As we now know nvidia etc have stepped in so i will wait and see what happens as far as graphic upgrades before playing it.

I noticed that as well. For 30fps its remarkably smooth when you pan the camera

Agree. The game runs great for me also. Asus g-sync 1440p Titan X game runs smooth like butter

I just can't take comments like these seriously!

I have the same monitor and two 980Ti superclocked cards. Since SLI is pointless I run 1 card as a PhysX card and even then the game is buggy stutter mess.

It has actually macro stutter, and freezes for me. Utter rubbish.

Don't know what the hell is going on with everyone else's game, but mine runs just fine. No issues. No stutter at all? Runs great in fact? Seems to be a system by system problem?

Same for me. I have it on a SSD, 1440P ROG Swift and a 980Ti. Really smooth and not a single issue. Maybe we just got lucky :)

Same as yours, but with Titan X :)

Bout time I have a little luck

LIES! All lies! Burn the liars!!!! :D;)

I dunno what demonic pact you lot made to have no issues in that game, but the rest of the PC gaming community and even the developers/publisher don't share the same experience.

A couple other friends on steam having no issues either? It would seem all the poeple I know without issues have a 980Ti, Titan X. Everyone 980 or below are having a stutter mess? Hmmmmm?
