only went for a little ride around coastal paths near where i live and just completely miss judged this jump and had to much weight in the front wheel and went straight over and landed on my shoulder
was no one around at the time but I sat on the floor for about 10 mins saying "ooooooowwwwwwwwww" cant lift my arm fully up so gonna get it checked out Monday if it continues to hurt!

I'm guessing the speed and HR spike is a dog chase moment

Can't remember where the nasty dog chase was, maybe
Ordered the Tech V2's as the wiggle 15% off deal only had another couple of hours to run.

As long as they don't have issues like my Codes have had for the last couple of years!
Hope Pro II on a Mavic 721What wheel ya ordered?

Roll on !!!One of my riding buddies has Tech M4s and they're really nice feeling, though I'm not convinced with the power after a car park test.Back to the Hope Tech V2 question, anyone tried them?
My chain has stretched on my single speed and on Friday it came off mid ride, not good on a single speed!
I managed to get it back on and carried on with my ride however I need to move the back wheel further back in the drop outs to tighten the chain.
This is fine and easy you say... well there are 4 bolts I believe, I've undone 3 and I've got a 4th left that I've about rounded off. It's the bigger one in the dropout, I'm using a top peak multi-tool at the moment and I just can't get it off.
Any suggestions on how to get this off? I don't want to completely round the bolt off. Also, what size bolt is it and where can I get a replacement?
My bike is a Specialized San Fransisco Globe 1.
Cheers.
