Big Sony PS3 announcment coming 31st March?

Maybe it could be something as simple as having PlayTV built in as sales aren't as expected. :eek:

To be honest thinking about it now they will probably think about putting some release dates out for Heavy Rain or an upcoming IP they've been working on.

Dunno, right now between GDC and E3 could be an ideal time to make an announcement as they would have the news all to themselves, and not have it buried with a load of old pap.

Although i think a PSP2 announcement will be at E3 and this will either be 1 a price cut of like $50 or a bad rumour and nothing will come of it.

Ok I doubt it is this. I twittered the BBC guy and he says it is still not unveiled, but might be at E3.

I think it will be a price cut and BC through software. But you will have to pay for the software, a move only sony could gracefully do. Seriously BC and price cut.

a) it's PS2
b) "100 bucks" sounds USA specific.
