Started dumping a full 250ml bottle of Redex in every other tank or so when it was on offer for £2 in Tesco, MPGzzz are definitely up when used to the point it covers the £2 a tank and the bike certainly feels more perky.

Found I can get it in 1l bottles from eBay that works out at under £2 per 250ml so I think I'll be carrying on.

I thought over-use of that stuff was bad? I suppose you'll know if you ride off in to the sunset like Ghost Rider ;)

Anyone recommend a tyre for a 2008 zx6r, currently got Pirelli diablo rosso 2 which I've nearly used 1 front and 2 rears in 5000 miles.
can get these again around £175 +fitting and I find them amazing
anything else around this price to look at or just stick with them because I know what they're capable of.

We used to use that many years ago Once every six months unless the formula has changed I would not go mental with it.

Also 250mil is a crazy amount.

90 mil one shot does 10 gallon tank I bet it smokes like a ****.

I've heard all sorts of things about Redex and none of it that good. Especially around regular use! However according to their blurb it's fine 'as part of a regular maintenance routine'

From some Googling it seems to be a mix of "Yeah it's fine", "No it's the devils juice" and "Meh, does **** all".

I might drop it for a couple of tanks and make sure I stick V power in it rather than the Tesco basic I've been running on more often than not recently and see how it goes.

In prep for track days, a friend gave me some of his old leathers. I decided to commute in with them today, and I have to say... I pref the textiles. Much more comfortable!
Give them a few wears to mould to you a bit, you'll probably find they will get a little more comfortable but I agree for out and out comfort my textile kit wins hands down.
