The drivers are fine, my last 2 cards have been AMD, 6800xt and my current card a 7900xtx and not had any problems with drivers. My card before that was a 2080 Super and never had any problem, with that.

I've had PC's since the early 90's and never been loyal to either brand.
Ok Think i might give a 7900xtx ago this time round. i will have to buy a 5800x3d i think to pair with it. currently have 3600x. Thank for your help

@Winnter yep drivers are fine, anyone that says otherwise is living in the past on that one. A few people who have changed from Nvidia to AMD on here recently have also commented on how nice the Adrenaline suite is to use. My brother went the other way - AMD to Nvidia. He likes the card but says the driver interface is poor. He was shocked lol
ok thank you for your input. going to give them a try.

That’s only probably due to an arrangement with sapphire. No guarantee they will drop list price next week (as it’s the cheapest) My advice buy now.

The only other aib card I've seen around £475 was the gigabyte, that was a couple of weeks ago . Seems to be in the 500+ range now

Hi there

We have:

Sapphire 7800 XT Pulse @ £475
Sapphire 7800 XT Pure @ £499
Sapphire 7800 XT Nitro @ £519

Sapphire 7900 XT Pulse @ £739
Sapphire 7900 XT Nitro @ £799

Sapphire 7900 XTX Pulse @ £949
Sapphire 7900 XTX Nitro @ £1029

These are our Black Friday Deals now live, Avatar game is included but not bundled until later today as we ran out of codes so waiting on AMD to send us more, so order later this afternoon or when the game offer is showing. :)

Deals are whilst stock last, we will not reduce prices further and as its based on set volumes once our deal stock is sold the price will increase, which will be determined by how fast they sell, so could be tomorrow or next month.

Its hilarious that the best BF Nvidia 4070 deal is the same price as what its been here in the past few months when on an offer.. Black Friday isnt what it used to be

No 7700XT deals then? You wont be selling any of those at £450 when you have 7800XT's for £475.

Guess my 3060Ti will last a while longer.

Were not focusing on 7700 XT, got single digits in stock, so they can sit on the shelf forever. ;)

When I can buy 7700 XT at around £300 my cost exc vat so we can flog them for £325-£333 plus vat (£399) I won't be buying any volumes and as such until my price targets are met it is simply not a focus.

The 7800 XT's are already started to sell fast, once our marketing start shouting they will absolutely fly out.

There will be no extra tasty BF deals on GPU's as supply is short and expected to get even more short early next year, it was a tough decision to do any deals at all as by doing so were just reducing our margins on cards were going to simply sell them all anyway.
But i wanted to try and offer something so we have a few AMD deals live, whether we will do much or anything on NVIDIA is an unknown at present, stock is too slim on the in demand products.

if you buy a 7800xt you wont need to upgrade in a much longer time and have better frames
and can upgrade resolution along the way if wanted without buying a new card then

At £475 the 7800XT has to be the best value GFx card out there at the moment ?
If you can get a 3 fan AIB for that price, then yes it's great value IMO. 475 for the pulse is good value in the context of 4070's being ~550 at the moment.

The only question is how good the 4070 super is and where it is priced. I expect it'll drop in at the 550 mark where the 4070 sits in and the 4070 will drop to 450-475 to directly compete with the 7800xt... Who knows though
