BMW and M Power Owners

That was from a cold start, through traffic and lights, onto a traffic managed motorway, off the slip road, through the outskirts of town and parked up. Had I been feathering on a longer motorway trip it could manage mid 80's.
It was a 21 minute 17mile duration journey at an average speed of 52mph, yes you can feather it further and gain a bit more but, it’s not reflective of normal usage.

Anything will return apparently impressive figures over such a given trip, yes the x20d is a frugal piece of kit, but, it’s not the miracle you imply.

Had you used the power available you’d have not got near the economy attained, that’s just how it is, drive it like Miss Daisy all you wish and you’ll reap the rewards at the pump.

The very figures on your obc screenshot prove it was anything but average usage and therefore irrelevant to your remark of remarkable, if anything it’s unsurprising.

I've been looking around at 3 Series Touring's and spotted this 335d with some good options, but it's on 82k miles !!! How does someone average 112 miles a day for 2 years ??

Long distances? I was in a F01 730d the other day. They guy had it from new (2010 I think it was), and it's on 450,000km. He has his own business, meeting clients, etc.

Got to love the BMW 20d engine - A stunning blend of power and economy; just a shame diesel is so noisey :/

Got to love the S63B44 4.4 Litre V8 Twin Turbo engine. So refined, so petrol, much power, many miles

Hi all.

Was wondering if anyone could give me their opinions on the 1 series coupe? I'm seriously considering buying this: https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201710049969545

I've test driven it and it drives great, the car itself looks to be in really good condition. Its an M sport with parking sensors, xenons, cruise control and full leather + heated seats. Overall i'm only slightly put off by the lack of doors in the back, but it's something I think I could live with.

I have no idea if this price is paying over the odds for a 6 year old car, albeit one with relatively low miles. Any advice anyone has would be really appreciated :)

It's not really huge spec and it's the first 1 Series model (E82) which is getting on a bit now.
Your budget isn't quite enough for the current 1 Series Coupe but there are 3dr/5dr Hatch in M-Sport trim around for £10k :)

Considering there is no such thing, probably no one has a budget for the "current" 1 Series Coupe :p
