I'm actually just off the phone to BMW Insured Warranties as I had a change of heart and wanted to add on Roadside Assistance as the policy I took out with them in the last few weeks was without it. Had the occasion to use the BMW Assist Roadside Assistance service under my (yet to expire) original manufacturers warranty a week or two ago for a stone which got wedged between the brake disc and brake shield and was so impressed by the service that decided I wanted to add it on.
Strangely enough, if you wish to do this then what they do is cancel your original policy and sell you a completely new one with the RA added on, then refund you the cost in full of the original extended warranty you took out. Kind of expected to just be able to 'tag it on' to the original policy, but that seems to be the way it works! All took less than 10 mins on the phone. Very pleased with the service![Smile :) :)](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/smile.gif)
