Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone (Battlenet ID's in OP)

Not one for conspiracy theories but every time I pop a double weapon XP token my game crashes. Happened twice this morning pre-work and once last night.

It's bad enough having no idea at all how long my token is running for and it counting down in real-time and not game time - now I'm using them and my game crashes.

I know there is a mixed reception of BF 2042 (I personally think it's in a good state now) but the double XP tokens in that game only count down in game time and clearly tell you how long is left on them. How is that hard to implement?!

If it's any consolation I am getting regular crashes in DMZ with no tokens at all :)

No crashes for me now in Warzone 2 or Multiplayer (ive not tried DMZ)

The only crashes I got was messig around with the benchmark the other day and settings minimal / lowest settings in a low resolution. There 1/3 benchmarks wouldnt run as received a Dev error of some sort and twice it crashed to desktop with a error about it being unexpectedly closed due to an error which I could report. When this happened I fired up the game again, ignored going into safe mode and re-ran the benchmark and it worked.
 
I've had a couple of crashes in Warzone 2.0 since completing my PC rebuild with new bits (5800x3d & 6900XT) but not a single crash of any kind in hours of playing Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 so I assume its probably Warzone causing it.
There have always been odd GPU related crashes with COD, Warzone 1 and Vanguard were sadly the same, seems to change almost everytime there's a driver update.

That said generally I'm really enjoying Warzone 2, I was a bit fed up with MW2 after the 3 weeks and initially skeptical about the WZ2 map but can't put it down now!
 
Any one else getting ridiculous stutter/freezing after jumping out the plane? It will literally freeze for a good 10 seconds, next thing im basically hitting the ground. No good when you want a hot drop!

I have a 6900xt, it seems it happens to a lot of amd users?

Yup just a single big pause just after leaving the plane. Not as bad as yours though, 2-3 seconds at the most.

Yep, happened on my 3080 and now 3090 Ti. Tried about 4 different Nvidia drivers and all similar, 2-3 seconds of 5 fps and 6000 ms latency, then back to normal. Sometimes its only a second, other times its ~5-8 seconds

I've given up on the randomers, they are virtually all hopeless and just get me killed. I'm doing better now solo although when you spawn be£side two squads, there's not much hope - which is ridiculous on such a large map. Game still feels a bit buggy but when it's good, it's great.

I’m seeing this when I play on my pc and not the Xbox both on the same wired connection / room.
 
I'm currently downloading BF2042 to give that a whirl over it's free weekend.
After all the crashing and little issues, I feel sometimes best to wait for a QOL update.
