Clarkson, Hammond and May sign with Amazon Prime for new car show

Would you care to explain why me referring to people watching any new series without paying for Amazon prime as stealing deserves a facepalm?

Joined Prime earlier this year...have never looked back!

To be fair I do buy a lot of stuff from there.

More for my money...excellent!

Also made my money back when they price matched a 4k monitor 2 weeks after I got it...£65 saved :)

Good news that it's not on ITV.

Probably will subscribe to Prime now. Was considering it anyway as, boringly, I can save about £1/week on nappies for our youngest as a Prime member compared with the supermarkets :D

I currently subscribe to Netflix, NowTV and Prime (for the postage mainly - only watched Vikings on it). Probably watch NowTV the most and will drop Netflix.

Great coup for Amazon

Well this is the push I needed, I'm ditching the TV license, Virgin TV when I move house in the next month or two. I'll probably drop Netflix and Google music and put all my eggs in the amazon basket. Video & music streaming plus better shipping looks like a great bargain for all of £80 a year.

I'll continue to source elsewhere, no ads, 5 mins to download, full HD. Done.

Free as well.

Sky is going in November, not renewing. It's an absolute waste of money. £100 a month I could spend much more wisely elsewhere.

Is that really a deal breaker for you?

Sure, no way am I paying £79 just for Top gear.

Guessing he's bought a 4k TV and then realised only Netflix hosts any sort of premium 4k content.

I bought a 4K TV for gaming and don't even subscribe to Netflix, I knew Netflix was the only 4k provider before I purchased my set a year ago but read that Prime was going to have 4k content at some point too but did not look into it after that.

I wasn't born yesterday.
