** CORSAIR LIQUID COOLING SOLUTIONS - CRAZIEST DEAL OF 2013 **

How would you stand if it leaked over the motherboard, GPU and PSU?

If this happens and the system is off, chances are your components are ok, the liquid in the cooler is non conductive. I'd just make sure they are dry before firing them up again. In a case where you suspect that it has damaged few components due to the cooler leaked, if this happens and you are within the warranty period (refurb cooler 1yr), then we do have a process in place to handle this type of issue. You'd start by submitting a ticket and then explain the situation and then our customer service will look into the case go from there. All claims will be done on a case to case basis.

So these coolers have 1 year warranty not 90 days like overclockers say that's cool.

Ordered a h100 last week

Was a bit of a pain to mount in my next phantom but it doesn't leak seems to cool great and I'd a lot quieter than the stock hsf that came with my 2600k

My H100 refurb has a 1yr warranty sticker on the box

If the sticker says 90 days then no.

We've actually made some changes with our refurb cooler warranty. It is now 1 year from Corsair, regardless if you have a 90 days sticker on the box. We will honor the 1 year warranty. That will also include coverage in an event the cooler leaked and damage other components.

greybeard one thing that puzzles me why dont corsair do clear tubing with coloured coolants ?

one of the main attractants of buying water cooling is the wow that looks ace (colour) yet corsair and most of the others use jet black

surely clear with red, blue, green coolants in clear would sell a lot better than just black. when you do this please remember my percentage when you earn millions more ;)

like this for eg but with your cpu block in various colours http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-020-TL&groupid=701&catid=2330&subcat=2262

I personally love the idea and we've talked about it in the past, but using clear tubes with coloured coolant would add significant cost – making all-in-one liquid coolers significantly less affordable to users. This is always something that we may explore in the future. For right now, we'll stick to this current ID and if the need to change in the future is relevant, then we'll probably make the move.

Will be noted ;)

Just to echo the comments above as an owner of another Corsair product, namely a 600T SE, I'd definitely pay a small premium for something like a H100i with clear tubing a white coolant as I'm sure lots of other 600T SE owners would as well.

Corsair sell coloured pre-braided modular cables for their high end PSU's so matching tubing and/or coolant would definitely appeal to those enthusiasts too.

Got a H100 today from the shop. They were good enough to allow me to check if it was a leaky one before i paid. Bargain really :)

Hi,

Does this leak warranty also apply to non-refurbs with warranties up to 3 and 5 years?

I have been worrying about this for a long time, I know leaks are a very low low chance... but if it happens, it sucks. A lot.

Recieved mine with new components the other day, no leaks so far.

Not had chance to even check temperatures on the 8350 but will be putting it through its paces when I start to overclock at the weekend.

That's excellent :) had mine for fit for rouglhy a couple of months now (got one of the early bathces) and its running great.
