** CORSAIR LIQUID COOLING SOLUTIONS - CRAZIEST DEAL OF 2013 **

Do you not need only 8 for a push/pull config? Each fan needs 4 of the long screws that pass through the fan and screw into the radiator, so 8 should be enough for a fan on both sides, or am I missing something?

You dont need any more screws than what it comes with. the smaller screws can be used to secure the fans on the botom of the unit, all you need is a screwdriver thin enough to fit through the screwhole gaps.

Then the larger screws can then be used to secure the top fans to the case and rad :) Thats how I've done it anyway :)

i used the long screws it came with to fix the fan to the unit, then got some more to fix it to the case with another fan in between the unit and case. :D

noticed this on the corsair site http://www.corsair.com/en/support/warranty/ "Corsair offers a 1 year, replacement-only warranty for refurbished or factory reconditioned PSUs, Cases and Cooling units." so they come with a year instead?

Edit: saw its now 1 year with OCUK, these are looking more tempting, worried about the amount of leaks people have had.. and the ribbed tubing looks a bit odd

Yeah, it's a year now.

If that includes damaged parts like if it were to leak over my GPU and mobo and fry them both you'd pay for what? A new cooler a new motherboard of similar spec and a new graphics card of the same or new version? ie. If I were to have my old 460, you'd replace it with a 760?

But yeah, if that's what happens. I'll be buying a corsair H series cooler on Tuesday ;)

The change in warranty period was announced by Greybeard in this very thread:

Having to RMA my 2nd one now :/

Pump seems to just die randomly and then overheats and BSOD's :(

If you are dealing with multiple replacements already via Corsair RMA, then shouldn't pay postage the second time around. We can provide you pre-paid label to cover fees. You can always mention that in your RMA or you can let me know so I can put a note in your RMA ticket.

Hi Greybeard, before now I'd never RMA'd anything so I really don't know how it works :/
Should this be RMA'd through you (Corsair direct) or not?

At this point, let us handle the replacement for you. Before we do that, I wanted to ask a couple of things. You said that the pump kept dying, and I wanted to know if it's the whole unit including the fans or is it just the pump itself? If both the pump and fans, then It must be a power issue which is normally related to the molex connected to the PSU. Make sure that the connector is properly seated, otherwise, you'll lose power.

It's it more self evident, then please submit a ticket here, then once you have a ticket #, let me know what it is so I take care of the postage for you.

Sorry If missed this question. Basically, when a cooler leaked and it happens that some other hardware got damaged (assuming all steps has been done via Damage Claim process from Corsair, where the cooler was found guilty), the user will be compensated for all the parts that have been damaged in the means of check and not a part replacement. The amount will be based on the current market value of that given hardware. Using your example; your 460 will be roughly around $90-$120 at the moment. In this case, you'll get a check for the amount agree upon within that range.

Just a side note, all damaged parts that needs be compensated, will need to be turned in to Corsair so we can justify the check amount that needs to be processed.

My H60 pump has started clicking rather loudly, I have tried the fixes around on the net to no success, should I RMA it to corsair or ocuk? :/

my H100 arrived today, checked everything late night as I'm working all over w/e so wanted to check for water etc...

Unit looks sweet as apart from a single ding in the aluminium, and I mean micro-ding probably from the guy inserting in the box, absolutely sweet as a nut, I did start swearing abut the lack of an intel bracket before just checking the pump again and thinking thank ffffriday I double checked it was there before complaining LOL. Now wheres that embarrassed smilie when you need it....:o:o

Avexir Ram looks awsome too, and I'm nowhere near plugging it in yet :p

Sweet, finally happy to buy a hydro cooler! Thanks for your confirmation.

Hi Greybeard, I have sent it back to OCUK and really happy with their service so far. They have refunded the postage and now are checking the unit over.

Temps would spike and the computer would crash, there was no noise or anything that sounded like it was failing and the fans stayed powered up all the time.

My H100 arrived a while ago, 99% perfect condition. Docked 1% for a slightly bent rad fin or 2 but nothing untoward.

I am using it with push/pull SP120s. ~65DegC Max under heavy Intel Burn Test runs. Very happy with it, only slightly better than my previous air cooler but I was expecting that.
