*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

@mrk I've just installed DLSS tweaks but difficult to tell the difference in image quality. Is there a way of knowing if its working?

EDIT: OK I take it back, after playing for a bit I can notice a clear difference in temporal stabilisation during movement. It's like what I would imagine putting contacts in would feel like

Your initial dll reports different to mine, but yeah long as the log shows the tweaks being applied, all's good. My log shows:

With Preset E, you can seemingly use DLSS Balanced/Performance to gain the fps, but still retain the quality (or as close to) of DLSS Quality. It's a no brainer really, even at 1440p.

Finally bought this for PC. Played on Series X for 15 hours at release but wasn't getting on with it. I'm hoping the game has improved a bit since then.

Any must have mods?

On nexusmods if you sort by most popular, that will get you on track. But ultimately down to what you want improved. Nova LUT and HD Reworked and Nova City are the key ones at a visual enhancement.

I'm on coming uo to 500 hours in the game. Completed it twice fully, the remaining plays have been just exploring, enjoying the city driving around and of course playing side missions and things with mods to see how they are with a new lease of life.

It helps that with a 4090 the game is always over 100fps, and that massively helps especially on a mouse that has a fast polling rate (1000Hz) - If I switch down to a lower polling rate or use my productivity mouse, then the experience is considerably lower. I have a new mouse coming this evening that supports Reflex (Turtle Beach Burst Air II) whereas my existing mouse (XM2we) does not, so will be interesting to see if Reflex support on the mouse's end too.

I always find that when a game runs as good as it looks, the overall enjoyment is greatly amplified.

I'm not sure if my gameplay tactics are wrong or my performance is wrong or if the FPS elements simply aren't that fun. But the FPS elements feels like I need to go into cover and then strategically pick off opponents and tactically wait to regain health. It also feels like the AI has telepathic powers to know where you are

Needs the software running in the BG and something else to register and it's a free trial so I cba :p

This solely comes down to your character build, and because there are thousands of build combos possible, everyone will have a different experience here. My current build is maxed out Sandy everything, so no hacking or picking off people. Combat is much tougher since enemies skill level is matched to your level, so even if you are OP, they will be too. Makes it a challenge.

But you don't even have all the achievements yet. So not fully :p

Now I did it fully ;) :D

Pc achievements count even less than console ones because you can just complete them on a web app.

Is it? Lol. That is sad. I only ever fully completed achievements in a handful of games. Usually they occur naturally. Sometimes there is one or two I go out of my way to like in Cyberpunk :D
