I dont however the game developers do.
It seems that its beyond the realms of their ability to make the player feel like they are actually in full control and connected to the player model and simple tasks such as picking up loot or rebinding keys is a mammoth task that needs some serious effort. It actually more effort to pick something up in the game than it is in real life because if you are not in the 2mm squared that the game allows you to pick stuff up in then forget it.
Either that or the team responsible for such basics are busy designing a fresh and wide ranging set of fedora's to introduce, because....you know.....priorities and all of that.
I've never seen the issue with this - no real difference to A3. Take a game like PUBG or H1Z1, I find it way clunkier in animation, although PUBG is certainly smoother and better designed inventory.
They have put in the dev blogs about loot proximity being made easier. Not to sound like I'm defending the game all the time but I do think judgement should be reserved for Beta - if they can't sort out the basic bugs then, there is no hope the engine will be a worthy successor to establish games such as Arma 4.
