De-lidded 3770k!!

Haha Wazza! :D

Hm, I ordered at 2:45 but got no delivery confirmation today, gutted. :p

I duno why it wasn't dispatched though, I ordered early enough and all in stock. :( QQ.

I don't shave so they are pretty hidden anyway. :D

4PM. :D I hope it just hasn't updated yet. I realllly want it for tomorrow. Can't wait till Monday lol.

I ordered my silverstone cooler yesterday @ 1pm ish so i could got it for the weekend but it still says its printed in the warehouse :confused::mad:

I understand they are moving but bearing in mind where they are moving too that should not effect their service levels

They must have been busy then, I'm calling them now. They said it would be dispatched today, but I want Saturday delivery now lol. Original delivery was free next day, so not too bothered.

W00t, got upgraded to Saturday delivery great service.

Iv sent a webnote off to complain about my order, as well as not getting next day delivery i have also found the cooler £10 cheeper else where  i have been finding things cheeper else where but still buying it from ocuk because of the high levels of service but from last few orders i have been getting a very sub standard service :(

My chips are on their way! :D Best to just call them or post in customer service forum and 5UB usually replies very quickly. I find stuff cheaper, but they don't offer what overclockers offer in terms of DSR and reliability. I've had too many problems with other supplies, I much prefer overclocker's delivery, DPD ftw - they've always been on time for me. Yodel /DHL (yodel and DHL are awful, I think they are the same company?/ParcelForce/RoyalMail are a joke imo.

Overclockers weekly offers are pimp too. :)

They are both Malay from the same batch. This 1.17 clocks better than my 1.1950V at lower volts, so I'm happy. :) It does run hotter though, will resist the delidding this time around however.

Seems to run about the same temps, if I lower the volts a bit. :)

So far it's 4.5GHz 1.25V under load, temps are max 70C.

Temps have gotten better! :D Idle 19-23C in a warm room, and load 71 but average 60-66C. :)

After reading around a bit I don't think they make them in Costa Rica anymore. :s

No no this chip is good enough for me lol. Decent load temps at 4.6GHz but 1.25V at 4.5GHz is perfect for me, much better than old chip. :) My knifing days are over...

...but wait, I could have less idle temps... :o dun dun dunnnnnnnnn

what you need to bare in mind is that what cpuz or hw monitor or your bios for that matter read for your temps and more importantly your volts are NOT a true representation!! you may need 1.36v for 4.6ghz @ 70c but the true temps and are really 1.33/4v and 65c!

i have an MVG board (with voltage test points) and my true volts for 4.8ghz are 1.38v where as everything else reads 1.4v my temps read 59c but in reality im probably running less.

4.6 needs 1.29V or something, which isn't too bad really, temps are still good at 1.29V.

Buzzlightweight, fair enough about the voltage I'll think of the windows readings as safe boundaries then. I don't want to take a 3570K over 1.35V, I can't go near that on air anyway. :)

4.5GHz is plenty for gaming anyway, if not a bit overkill. :D
