Which proves they need access.

AMD need access to Hair Works and who knows what else in Game Works, Nvidia will never give them that access, that is the difference here.

Does he not say in said interview that they can gain access to it only sometimes its a week,sometimes its a month before hand?

I dont see where youre going with this?.....

I think you want to press Roy getting his facts wrong, which he did.

But it does not detract from the fact that Nvidia do have full access to TressFX and they need it, just as AMD need access to Game Works so that their GPU's don't run it like Nvidia initially ran TressFX.
 
And lets be fair here,if Nvidia had said the same thing they would be liars as well but because its Roy its a mistake? hmmm

Being mistaken is thinking 59 when the answer is 60 or thinking something was a different colour,not telling people a contract exists that will prove you right when it dosnt
