So the G920 you like, i have one but not even taken it out of box yet :) whats force feedback like with dirt rally, have you tried any other racing games with the G920 yet ?, i also had a G25 and G29, remember the pedals are better than G25/G27 and i think they did do a little bit to even the motor, so maybe thats why you drive better with the G920, oh and i like the wheel rim better as well.
 
Should the feedback on dirt rally be anything like on Project cars?

I have been playing it happily for ages, but when comparing it to how tight and "realistic" project cars seems, dirt seems rather light in the hand.
 
as with any car game its how you have you wheel set up.i have mine set up very nicely.i can feel everything i want to feel.each car responds as i expect.

comparing it to the swear word game and this game is no comparison :p dirt rally when set up right is light years ahead and more realistic.

its just a case of getting your input set right.

also remember the other game you playing is mainly a tarmac racer with broken physics but lets leave that for the other game.


had a little break off dirt rally for last week i did finish my 100 percent achievements on steam :cool: which has took me a year.

think i will had a blast in the pug 205 t16 today :)
 
I appreciate they differ a lot but the feel of the wheel is like polar opposites. Ive not really had any complaints about dirts feedback but a few of my friends who had a go preferred the feel of Project Cars so it got me thinking.
 
Got this for a bargain £12.99. What a difference a wheel makes to the game, I'm using a dfgt and have it set at 900 degrees, is that right for this? Had a few issues the other night but I think it was my antivirus
 
Word of warning everyone that's seen my settings has said they're terrible. Honestly all I did was when I was first playing google around a bit, found someone who posted these. Tried them and I liked them and away I went.

Picked this up yesterday and got my G27 set up. Having a blast in the Mini and not doing too bad. Using sequential as I can't hard mount the shifter and I've turned off all driver aids and HUD etc and just going for it.

Not looked into any of the multiplayer. Is there ranking for cetain things etc?

P.S. Cheers to however posted the link to get it for £13. Well worth it :)

at end of race you can compare your times with friends or globally by pressing triangle on logitech wheels.the number at side of your name is your position.
