Mate, your setup must be wrong, i have Dirt 3 also, Dirt rally blows that away, just look at the wales stages, photo realistic almost, well is on my setup, if your viewing through Rift thou, all games look lower quality anyway.

There are even a few youtube videos comparing both games maxed out for this very reason, Dirt 3 still looked better.

I will agree that the cockpits in Dirt Rally could be a bit better thou, but all the codemaster racing sims seem to have not great cockpits, just look at grid autosport

ummm I have dirt 3 and it looks utter poop compared to this lol I'm not sure if your trolling? as this is one of the best graphical games I own including bf1 etc, the game looks amazing lol

I'm not sure if hes trolling lol as I agree, dirt is one of the best graphical racers on the pc! infact it may be the BEST for graphics out of the racers on pc, if hes not trolling then something has to be wrong with his setup, either that or (without being rude) he needs to go to specsavers haha

yeah to me it looks so much more real than dirt 3, dirt 3 has got decent graphics though and looked amazing for its time but i can see quite a big jump in graphics in dirt rally, it just looks more real

Graphics arnt THAT great and I play maxed at 4k.

i don't find project cars too impressive lol it looks nice but I wouldn't say another level at all
Is strange how people think different, i also have PC, and thou graphics are very good, Dirt Rally still looks more real to me.

Yeh only yesterday I had the wheel out and was playing a bit of dirt rally then f1 2106 then pcars.
Going to pcars is like moving to another gen on the visuals front, was doing a sunset race at outen park with a bit of rain on the go.
Blew me away after not playing it for ages, I'm sitting infront of a 43"4k maxed tho so maybe see another layer of detail
Think the example videos shows dirt at its best and pcars at it worst (daytime, no effects) anyway not to matter but really hope for a dirt rally 2 or location dlc soon.

I see you have a 4K screen, is that tv, and not a proper monitor, as all 4k tv's are so laggy at the moment, i wish they made a dedicated big gaming 4k monitor(with like a 1ms responce time), only thing stopping me getting a 4K tv is the slow responce times, even on the best ones, do you not notice the high input lag ?

^Philips do a 40" and 43" monitors, I don't notice any input lag what so ever but I doubt I'm very sensitive to it.
