Divinity: Original Sin 2

There is so much to do on Reaper's Coast... The area is massive!

Ive seen the stellar scores it has got, and many reviewers say this is may be the best RPG ever made. I think I agree. It really doesn't do anything I don't love.

If I had one criticism, it would be a personal one(and I say this for most RPGs to be fair) -I like an rpg to have at least one big city in it.

It is indeed getting rave reviews, I'm really hoping that this does well enough that Larian are able to do a Divinity 3 at some point

Heads up to people who are not too far in, make sure your character has some persuasion points on your main interacting character. I did not have any points in persuasion and feel like I missed out on many quests in act 2 after failing persuasion rolls, and failed all of them. Looking at reddit, later acts depend on this persuiasion roll even more if you don't have any points in it then you will miss out on all the quests outside of the main one.

Also another important thing, you can sell items mandatory for some quests, whilst you can go back and buy them back, you may forget where you sold them or not figure out which item you need to rebuy back, so watch out what you sell!

Yeah, hes going crazy slow through every area. I mean looting everything, leaving no stone unturned ha. I will say however hes cheating a little saving every choice and reloading if its the wrong one etc.

Lol, yeah, I'm a leave no stone unturned sort of player too, I search every area in minute detail. Our co-op game is on 61 hours played now and still in Act 2 :)

Only bugs that I've encountered so far is that the stuff on my hotbar seems to move around randomly when I log in and also, no matter how many times I clear the control for Show Equipment ( I think thats the one) , which is bound to E, everytime I start the game up again the default key has changed back to E and I have to clear it again.

I have had a few sessions where I couldn't sell anything. The deck of the ship is really bugged, with floating objects all over the place. I have occasionally seen object just eerily float across the screen during fights too... Earlier I was fighting some magisters when suddenly a wardrobe started floating across the screen!

The only thing I have noticed is the quest markers don't seem to clear very quickly (or at all). Might just be that I have something to finish but I'm pretty sure I have a marker for a quest that said (closed) after.

That aside it doesn't take anything from the game, I am absolutely loving it, would rate 9/10 so far at 20 hours in :)

check your drivers and card.
havent seen anyone reporting that

Agree, check your drivers and stuff, sounds like the engines physics are playing havoc. Certainly not a common issue.

Thanks I tried a new driver, as it did need updating. Still have the deck of the ship all missing though for some reason... If I go to the bottom level the stairs disappear and I have to teleport back out!

Also, I only just noticed, this game is really pushing my graphics card. Making a ton of noise(970).

I think I'm nearing the end of act 2 now. The Blackpits area was pretty cool.

Even though you do not need to play the first Original Sin game to play this, I am still trying to work my way through the first before playing this one. First is great (but hard), and people are saying this one is even better!

Those are some interesting bugs, I'm yet to notice anything out of the norm in my game... though I'm going extremely slowly as I'm the type of person who has to tie up all loose ends.

Is your game on Steam?
You could possibly try verifying the game files to make sure none of the files has gone wonky with one of the updates.
