Hopefully it'll be a cliffhanger (even though I hate them) so it will span 3-4 episodes and actually be darker than the previous "end of the universe" fare.

Just watching the episode again. Does anyone think that picture in the hallway is important? The shot lingered there for some time. Also noticed the intercom said masterfono. Possibly something there?

More than likely, I noticed that there was a picture of Van Gogh on the fridge door in their apartment.

I like it, not only because it was a buildup to what seems to be a fantastic ending, but they didn't ruin any of it with the spoiler advert at the end of the show. Really can't wait for next week

Hmm, kind of good although it'll depend how they finish it. I guess about half way through the episode that the pandorica was for the doctor though.

I was pretty much convinced that the Pandorica was either a prison for this doctor or had a future doctor inside it because he had gone insane and decided to destroy the universe from about half way in, mainly due to the question the Doctor himself presented, why would every one of the universes most powerful and at times evil races show up at the same time? The only thing they have in common is the Doctor.

I must admit I really loved the ending, the most evil races in the universe working together to STOP the Doctor, not because they just want rid of him but because they feel HE is the greatest threat to the universe, utterly genius.

its not like hes imortal why build a prison when you could just kill him

Because it's fantasy. :rolleyes:

Also remember the doctor may have fought and defeated every one of these races yet he never went out to kill or destroy them, as it's designed to be essentially a switcharoo, it makes more sense for them to want to simply stop the doctor, rather than destroy him.

yea but atleast be plausable its like t davies again come out with some BS story have an utterly ridiculous twist and everyone goes home in time for tea after solving aids or whatever with minutes to spare
