Oooo they did so well fluking a couple of wins in the CL while failing miserably in the league. That squad was a lot better than the current United one.

Moyes is tactically inept and has made a mess of every facet of managing Man Utd so far. Nothing he has done has given anyone even the smallest indication that he is taking the club anything but down.

I couldn't care less who he buys in the summer because like Mancini, he is not good enough to take us to the top of the game. He can probably get us champions league football in a few years, perhaps even next year but he will never be able to take us to a title winning side and one that can compete with the top teams in Europe.

If all we want is to be Arsenal then I'm sure he will be able to manage that. I expect more from a long term manager.

I'm not sure about what tactical ineptness you are talking about. Keeping Rooney though, surely thats an excellent sign..mata as well, good player..

He has got everything wrong, right from the start.

The key one being getting shot of the back room staff, with the old back room staff we might of salvaged something from the season.

He isolated himself straight away from the players, it was only ever going to go badly from then on in.

Alright, from the 26th August until present it has been fairly well on display I'd imagine, getting increasingly more obvious as players play the way he wants

Where as every single one of the failed assistants Fergie has worked under him for multiple years and was highly rated as an assistant or coach. They all had chance to work with the master and none of them amounted to anything. I think that's a fairly good indication that standing alongside the best isn't an indication you are ready to do it alone. The pressures are completely different.

Before you call anyone else's posts laughable it's probably wise for you to look a little closer to home and I'm not just talking about for a girlfriend. ;)
