Shame about Drive Club, but reports were saying after eurogamer expo that the game still looked rough and was needing more work. So not overly surprised IMO.

killzone will be enough for me, as will Contrast as had that on my pre order scope over on Steam, but I'll hold off on that now and play in via PS+ on my PS4 instead.

The main warning sign was that we had only seen gameplay with 1 car on track!

From what Ive seen of the rumour it could be a faked tweet ala Piers Morgans porn link - this game needs to turn up before E3 for me. The lack of information has to be viewed as a worry - dont think Ive seen anything official since the delay...

Although it would be really nice to see it in April, I'm actually happy to wait until "it's done". Next month seems pretty quick from a no news to release date so maybe they did mean September which I what I was expecting now anyway...

long time to wait, I personally put off buying NFS because I knew this would be free.

don't know whether to keep waiting or line EA's pockets even more for a sub par offering?

i think i'll keep waiting.

Personally the delays don't bother me, it's nice to have a developer take the Valve approach with the "It'll be done when it's done" attitude, I would rather wait a few months and have a polished game than something rushed to meet a deadline like Need For Speed.

I just hope it's still free for those of us with PSN.

From the limited gameplay that I've seen the physics look a lot like TDU which was turd. It's not as simmy as GT/Forza but also not as full on arcade as Burnout or NFS. Leaves it in a somewhat boring middle ground in my opinion but I'll gladly be proven wrong.

I see it more NfS with Autolog meets PGR - Im open minded purely because of Evolutions mismash of ex-driving game devs. I expect it might be a bit more social than Id like though...

Gran Turismo took this approach once and took like 2-3 years once from their original launch date with constant delays.

A few months delay is fine, but if it's more than 3 months the game should have never had a launch date to begin with.

slightly cut down not that it matters to you anyway I bet you don't even own a console.

So it's a cut down version.

Course I don't I am too busy in my home gym with my super duper plasma and hybrid drives, either that or getting coached by a game pro on how to play a FPS....
