If Sven insists on picking Cashley,Owen and Cambell for the squad we could do with sacking him BEFORE the finals.Hopefully all three of them get clattered in the next couple of matches to remove any chance of them going.Owen may be the only one of them who might be of use,but Cambell is shot - he was appalling last night

Pretty much sums it up for me. He's easily the best man for the job, he is a very talented manager and he could certainly make England into a better team. I also think he'd have the balls to drop Beckham if his performances were crap, something I want to see in an England manager.

Agreed. He doesn't need to use speed to beat his man, but he can if necessary.

Owen will go if he's fit and I'd take a one-legged Ash Cole. He's that important to us.
