I think I'm being a bit slow on the uptake on this one.
Did you rma your 980 superclocked and on their Web page it says a 980 ftw was sent back but you got a 780ti kingpin..?
Sorry if I'm getting this wrong. .
Bit concerned now that my RMA has completely disappeared from the "Open RMA" section!
EDIT: Scrap that it's very well hidden under your products page. I think that could do with sorting out as it's not clear. Maybe also email customers to let them know it's been dispatched and include tracking info?

Go to member and my products, your registered card should be there with a view button and the RMA details will be there. Will upload a pic later if you are still struggling mate.
Mine seems to be taking an age to get across Germany. Still says its on schedule for delivery tomorrow but I'm skeptical.
I stand corrected it's now in the UK
Where is the UK RMA centre located in the UK?

I sent my card off last Wednesday to the UK centre. They got it on Thursday. My replacement shipped from Germany on Friday. So if it arrives tomorrow it will be 5 days from when they shipped it which is pretty good going in my view!
