just used the key via ps3 instead of via pc and created a new account at the same time and worked.
I can play my char on the pc and then log of and log on ps3 and play it from where I left off, so i would say it mixes all players together.

Conjurer is decent DPS once they get Stone II, hits pretty hard.
Got my THM to 34 this weekend and damage on that is pretty mental. Killed the giant crab NM Fate in Costa Del Sol as well with 8 people, took about 15 mins so god knows how much HP it actually has.
Once you finish the main story line there are NPC's to boost all other classes to level 15 btw, see here for details.

yea I can imagine it changes once you reach endgame.
the classes change anyway?
thaum becomes black mage?
archer becomes bard etc ?
Will this be basically amazing cut scene visuals which transition onto 3D scenery battles with "pressing x as far as possible" gameplay a la, FF13 1 and 2?
With greatest of honesty I haven't read up on this so I genuinely do not know, but the first few minutes of one of the youtube videos above seemed to paint that kind of picture to me.

Yeah, you keep the same abilities as the base class but gain additional ones from the Job. You can't use abilities from other classes when you are playing as the Job though.
THM can use say Cure from CNJ but BLM can't use anything from other classes.
This is an MMO not a single player game.

What's it play like on PS3? Anyone know? I preordered on PC, may also pre order if the PS3 version works well!
dx11 is coming which will allow higher res textures.

Not sure if I could get good FPS on my PC for it with DX11 on anything about low/med! Rocking a 7850 2GB and a i7 2700k running at 3.5ghz, displaying in 1080! But like I say, already got it on PC
The servers are shared between PC and PS3 so there isn't a "best" one. I have noticed many English speaking EU people are flocking to the Moogle server. There is no fixed end to beta so far as I can tell, we're in phase 3 at the moment and we have another phase to go. However it can't be that long because the game comes out in 2 months time.
Compared to the PC how does it run? I keep hearing that it runs either very choppy and slow, and some people say it runs perfectly.
I never got a PS3 test code but I'm really interested in seeing how it performs as I'll be using that version when I'm not able to use the PC.
