It wouldn't be murder.
If you kill the wrong person during an attempt to commit murder, it's still murder. It wouldn't be murder.
Dawn Sturgess RIP.
Murder inquiry launched. If it is proved that a Brit has been killed by a foreign state on British soil then things will change.
Last time weren't we about to boycott the world cup?
I went in over the weekend, seemed pretty busy to me, plenty of people milling around, tourists about, all the shops had queues in...well that's Salisbury town centre businesses ruined, its been struggling since the first attack, even free parking didn't work. cant see people being keen to pop in now
probably somehow another contaminated site or missed in the clean up?
Yup, it's unlawful act manslaughter - the unlawful act being the possession/dumping of a nerve agent that contributed to a death. They weren't trying to kill anyone when they dumped whatever they dumped, however long before or after they tried to kill the Skripals... so I'm not convinced it'd be murder.

And what about England's dependence on Russian gas? What happens when winter comes?the sooner our idiot government wised up-to this the and deals with Russia by freezing a crap load of assets and preventing any of the chumps coming to visit the better. Screw Germany and their dependence on Russian GAS
I suppose Mr Putin would hand out the trophy so that would be an ignominious moment ? .. hand-shakes on the front of pravda etc.(after we have won the world cup)
