Former Russian double agent seriously ill in Salisbury.

What on earth. Surely this is a begrudged worker from porton down.

Yes, that's what am starting to think, Porton Down is only what 6 or so miles away, whoever works there lives in the local area and has likely has been working there for years.

This could be a simple case of a possible serial killer trying to kill people with it.

But who knows right? If anything, two cases in the same area. The government really should do a full investigation in everyone who works there, also checking their homes too, just to make sure and remove any doubt.

So will we expect to see another Syrian chemical attack in the next month to make this deja vu ?

In-fact, for the last month, there has been reports of the the next "chemical attack" building up, more underground chemical labs found in areas liberated by the SAA in the current southern offensive. On top of that, the "White Helmets, cough terrorists) have been reported doing some dodgy stuff in the rebel held areas.

I'm expecting an attack any moment now, especially since the Southern Syria offensive is going so well, it's gone so well, there was peace talks among the southern "FSA", which sadly broken down last night.

and they just happened to get a former KGB Officer and his daughter on the first attack?

seems more likely that this, if it is nerve agent, is simply related to that first attack

well that's Salisbury town centre businesses ruined, its been struggling since the first attack, even free parking didn't work. cant see people being keen to pop in now
probably somehow another contaminated site or missed in the clean up?

Watching Newsnight now. The strongest theory seems to be that they were contaminated by something the Skripal assassin discarded following the earlier attack. Possibly the tool used to apply the nerve agent.

Poster A comments on June parliamentary oversight committee and BND findings.

I have been unable to confirm the veracity of this claim. Zero Hedge said it was reported by RBB, but their link to the RBB article is dead.

I've googled the statement from the BND quoted in the Zero Hedge article, but can't find an original source. Every hit returns links to articles from Russian media and fringe sites, none of which contain a direct link to RBB or the BND. So they're all basically quoting each other.

This is the statement according to Zero Hedge:

“It is [still] only known that the poison used in the attack was a nerve agent called Novichok, which was once produced in the Soviet Union,” Michael Goetschenberg, a correspondent of German ARD and an expert on security services, told RBB, commenting on the results of the hearing, which he is familiar with.

...“The BND, Germany’s foreign intelligence… has also contacted its own sources and tried to verify the information [about Russia’s potential involvement] in some way,” he told RBB, adding that it eventually failed to find any evidence pointing to Moscow as well.

This is the url to the alleged RBB story, provided by RT and Zero Hedge. As you can see, it's a 404.

So until someone can provide me with a verifiable link to a RBB source and/or a BND source, I cannot take this claim seriously.

Judging by the locations and the way they have cordoned off the park in Salisbury, my guess would be in line with the suggestions these people have happened upon something discarded after the first attack

One thing one of the experts just said on the news (which was mentioned before) was that depending on what it was on, and how long you're in contact with it makes a difference, also degradation something directly exposed to the sun/rain will degrade a lot faster than something that is on a non absorbent material and protected from the elements to a large degree.

So two people given the same dose can be affected very differently if in one case it's only in contact for a few seconds and then washed off, and the same goes for if it's on something, I think the guy mentioned the possibility of something being contaminated but not actually touched at the time being put away and then being picked up and handled later on.

I'm only speculating here but could be a double bluff intended to allow Russia to say "hey look, that couple isn't even known to us, we told you the first poisoning wasn't us"

Seems you are bit cut off from reality.

Russia and Putin in person, has nothing to gain. Unfortunately is been proven time again that can outmanoeuvre anything thrown at him, while Lavrov is possibly his biggest asset.

World Cup is been a success. World media rave about the organisation and hospitality by everyone including the common Russians.
While the English fans there have taken the media saying that Russia is nothing of what the UK media describing, and a great place to go even for normal holidays.

That hurts the political system here. Also is even more damaging the power in the global stage UK will lose, if USA & Russia have the summit and come to an agreement.
The only country who will lose big time of such deal is the UK. Which will find itself out of EU, and cut off from the rest of the world crying wolf one too many times.

Already Germany is unwilling to negotiate with USA to stop developing the NS2, regardless the sanctions USA is threatening Germany for.
The war in Syria goes pear shape, and there ain't going to be a pipeline transporting gas & oil from "arab allies" through the country.
Completely making moot any plans to put hands on the Iranian oil & gas by instigating another war.

In addition there are calls already by other countries like Italy, that the EU should scale back sanctions and start making business with Russia.
Stating the current USA trade war as an example of we need allies to do business not enemies.

So Russia has nothing to gain my friend and a lot to lose by doing such cheap actions.
If they want to remove someone, they can just assassinate them and none the wiser.

Yeah I'm not buying it that it was Russia. The movivating factors when they are on the world stage with the world cup going so well is just retarded. Then to even conceivably want to do it within the same vicinity of the last poisoning is just even more retarded.

Given the amount of propaganda and bs our media seems to be known for these days and the corruption of our current government, I'm not buying it.

I will of course wait to hear more evidence, but the motivational factors don't add up properly in my view.

Of course it's ******* Russia. They poisoned the Skripals and in the process of carrying out that operation they've left God knows how much contamination behind.

Occam's razor.

It’s also distinctly possible that this is an attempt by Russia to create plausible deniability. You can bet your top dollar Russia will now claim this is clear evidence that Porton Down has leaked the chemical out into public.
