Fuel up/down again

I thought that all fuel companies do these days.

Looks as though you're right. Must be referring to some other additive to be added on top of biodiesel. Apparently the percentage added at Morrisons is not an issue anyway according to google.

I must admit I am using my car far less nowadays. Trips to the village that I would have usually been lazy and taken the car I am now walking. Even got a bus last week as it was super cheap.

There again I am on a really tight budget at the moment so I feel any kind of price rise in anything. Feeling much fitter for it though.

its not the bus thats the problem its the smelly people on it

I've read a few guides and it does look fairly simple as far as work on a car goes. But I'm beyond useless at stuff like that and I'd only **** it up :(

Not having a driving license here is a nightmare. It's about 1.5 miles to the train station and 2 miles to the bus (which does not run on a sunday). It's rural here, but not THAT rural.

By the time time I've walked to the train then walked to my office I can cycle home and back. Hence why I cycle while I'm banned. I can't do much else but get to work mind you, too much hassle unless I pay through my nose for taxis. Bring on May, need my wings back!

Cheapest I've seen is 1.27 on my journey to work. Probably about 1.25 in the supermarkets, I'd assume. I'm driving very economically at the moment in a feeble attempt to stretch my tank of fuel out a bit further :( At the moment I'm glad my Focus is pretty ecnomical on fuel.

That's the thing; if the train wasn't so expensive I could just about live with giving up the car during the week. However, at weekends/holiday I would be totally lost without the car.

As it is, the train is still more expensive than the car for my commute anyway so it's pointless.

A new garage opened a few weeks ago in our town. As of tonight their Unleaded was 1.19 and Diesel was 125.9.. surely making a loss at that or at best selling for cost. Our garage (shell) has unleaded at 1.25 and Diesel at 1.31.9 Suffice to say tonight I filled up at the cheaper place, much to my boss's annoyance, stuff him!

More space on the roads and cheaper cars as demand falls :D

Indeed, fuel prices is one of the reasons the guy who owned my current 620ti sold it to me.

Unrelated (sort of) but I'm noticing diesel car prices going up... don't think people twig that diesel is also more expensive! :p
