I thought Deathloop was superb, although I’ll admit it took a while for it to click with me, definitely worth the effort, very rewarding when you do a perfect loop!
Yeah, it takes a good few hours to click. Once you reach the stage where you can absorb residuum and use it to infuse equipment such that it persists through each time loop then the game really takes off. I'm guessing most players who bail out and uninstall don't get to that point.I thought Deathloop was superb, although I’ll admit it took a while for it to click with me, definitely worth the effort, very rewarding when you do a perfect loop!
It certainly feels like a big step forward from the others (though I think I played V2 on PC) - can't wait to see what a daytime map looks like!Fantastic game. Start to finish. The guernsey map is very good.![]()
Glad you’re enjoying it bud. I enjoyed every map. It felt leaps ahead of sniper elite 4 (which I found a chore tbh, hated the Italian island map)It certainly feels like a big step forward from the others (though I think I played V2 on PC) - can't wait to see what a daytime map looks like!
How is the framerate? Noticeable or not? Thinking of pulling the trigger myself.Plague Tale Requiem
Amazing game so far.

It's on Gamepass so you could just get a cheap months code and smash through it.How is the framerate? Noticeable or not? Thinking of pulling the trigger myself.
Ok thanks. Dying to play it so I might just go for it then.Annoying at first, but I’m used to it now. Tbh it’s fine with VRR and the game is pretty slow paced anyway. Couldn’t chop and change with a game at 60fps though and I’d immediately notice. The game itself more than makes up for it.
PS5 only here so that’s not an option for me but thanks though! It's on Gamepass so you could just get a cheap months code and smash through it.
Went for it. Bought.Ok thanks. Dying to play it so I might just go for it then.
