Yeah, it takes a good few hours to click. Once you reach the stage where you can absorb residuum and use it to infuse equipment such that it persists through each time loop then the game really takes off. I'm guessing most players who bail out and uninstall don't get to that point.

I enjoyed the forgotten city timeloop game, I really enjoyed the discovery element. I haven't got that yet from Deathloop but it may come.
 
Addicted to Assassins Creed Odyssey at the moment, pretty sure I played it on PC at some point but it never grabbed me(or might have been Origins), anyway.....saw it on game pass so installed on the X. Now smashing through it, great fun.
 
I'm clearly enjoying Sniper Elite 5



Over 6 hours spent on the first mission - I wasn't even hunting for all the stuff hidden in the map, or offing everyone, just enjoying a few days playing a new game :)
 
Just finished this in the Arcade at Haven where we are staying. Been wanting to finish it for a while now but not found one since last time that was working. Cost £17 but its done now…..

Glad you’re enjoying it bud. I enjoyed every map. It felt leaps ahead of sniper elite 4 (which I found a chore tbh, hated the Italian island map)
 
Playing through Plague Tale: Requiem, looks amazing! Decided to play on Hard, can be quite challenging in places especially with no pointers to tell where enemies are
 
I’ve just installed a plague take on my ps5 but for some reason when it starts to load the screen resolution changes from 4k to 1080p and I can’t seem to change it, doesn’t do it on any other ps4 or ps5 game they stay at 4k ?

Annoying at first, but I’m used to it now. Tbh it’s fine with VRR and the game is pretty slow paced anyway. Couldn’t chop and change with a game at 60fps though and I’d immediately notice. The game itself more than makes up for it.

Just wrapped up Plague Tale Requiem, a masterpiece, I really enjoyed the first one but this one just takes everything up a level.

Was undecided when I found it was not going to be 60fps so was going to hold off but the style of game that it is really wasn't an issue at all, a few choppy bits but overall a phenomenal game
