Games you're playing, and games...

Yeah, my only gripe is that after getting the Plat, it really left quite a void and I want more RE :p Can't wait for Code Veronica Remake, probably won't be as ambitious in scope but it's still RE. I wish Capcom would remake Dino Crisis as well, would be absolutely amazing.
Never clicked with CV (think I hated the sidekick Steve (?)) gave up soon after that. For sure would love a Dino crisis 1 and 2 remake. Both great games !

It’s brilliant isn’t it. Not finished it yet as Dragon Age grabbed me and has not let go. I will go back once I am done. Great story and characters I’d put it above P5 personally.

100% needs it. It’ll come though god knows when. Rockstar will find some way to fleece us but the GTA5 upgrade was only a tenner so it might be fair. I’d bite their hand off at that for RDR2.

Just finished inFAMOUS Second Son - have lots to catch up on with Sony as haven't owned PS since PS3.

Would say it's 7/10, tad repetitive but still good.

Picked my FF7 Remake save back up from March, got majorly burnt out on it for some reason - Wall Market felt like a real slog, and just finished the majority of the quests, just about 3 side quests to go, be glad to see the back of this place. I was never a fan of the whole Don Corneo part of the original though, so it doesn't surprise me that extending and fleshing it out has done me no favours.

Yes, I'm years behind on my gaming backlog :D

I was enjoying Metaphor: Refantazio but seem to have hit abit of a period now where I am getting a bit bored of it, shame its a great game but no sense in playing a game if you are not feeling it! I think I had similar feelings with Persona 5 but managed to see it out. Anyone completed it? Is it worth carrying on?

Picked up a PSVR2 during Black Friday sales, finally lost my VR virginity :D

Started Arizona Sunshine Remake at the weekend, loving it. Nearly fell over when I was climbing up a ladder and my legs wanted to sync with my arms

I've bought early access to Path of Exile 2 on ps5 pro - pssr does a good job of upscaling to 4k and you get a 60hz / 120hz toggle.

The game itself is absolutely insanely good. I'm totally hooked - not normally my type of game but adding the dodge roll and the high difficulty with deep crafting and rpg mechanics make this a must buy.

I've gone for a 2 hand mace wielding warrior and I'm having so much fun with it. It will eventually become free to play (probably in a years time) but it's well worth the early access tax of £20ish.

So I don’t really know anything about it. What is it mostly like? Diablo?

Struggling with games at the moment, this year I've only played FFVII Rebirth (90 hours or so), Balatro (400 hours), and Silent Hill 2 (20 hours) which I know is a lot to some, but overall very little for me.

Tried a few other games and really can't get into anything :(

It's similar to diablo 4 but much much better. It almost has soulslike mechanics with the dodge roll and difficulty. I would recommend watching some gameplay on YouTube. I never played the first one but this is top tier. The bosses are fantastic.

I think Ruhrikhan on YouTube is playing through it and normally gives level headed feedback.

Well that’ll do me then. £20 is very fair. I’ll grab it now.

I've been trying to get into Dying Light 2 as I'm a big fan of the first game and its DLC's as I played it heavily back in the day with an OTT leveled character by the time I put it down. I am truly struggling to enjoy DL2 after 10hrs played.

Combat feels very finicky and I am finding it difficult to enjoy traversing the city let alone fighting human npcs who just block all the time. The quests are generic go here and there quests and the night quests are really tough going so I am avoiding those as they're obviously setup to put me in a difficult situation vs Volitiles or something.

I've managed to get stuck on a lot of terrain including trees and hiding in the bushes doesn't really stop me from being detected so it seems to be a rubbish feature unless I am using it wrong.

In general I cba with the game but I still want to play it.
