You can't seem to make your mind up?
Have you got you're underwear in a twist over some imagined time limit for referencing someone's political activism or because you're white Knighting for the BBC, who I never criticised for interviewing him in the first place five years ago?
And by the way if you go look at his twitter / x feed he was still very much involved in criticising the German goverment for how he perceived they were treating some middle Eastern immigrants... in recent months.

No, I just don't find the need to dig up old articles to support an imaginary narrative. I've not even mentioned the event in question, I'm directly questioning your inability to remain objective in lieu of aggressively seeking out old and irrelevant rubbish to support something you have zero substance for.
THIS is why nobody has any faith in our media outlets because we're obviously being lied to. It only takes a brief search on the internet to see this persons social media history and you can see that. Yet apparently none of the press have made any effort to do this somehow. They're not that incompetent.
They only assumption you can make is they know exactly what's going on but have chosen to deliberately keep this information to themselves and make suggestions pushing another narrative.

There's a lot of these images circulating claiming a non German speaking female had already tried to report the suspect to police for extremism and saying he would kill people.

They weren't being criticised per se, people were more critical of the fact that it is now needed and Surrey police refused to say who/what the threat was.

I love the Surrey police. They have a good presence on our streets and always have pop-up stands at various events around Surrey which they use to promote their cause and inform the public of safety and security. In a world where the cops are being bashed day in and day out, Surrey police actually restored my faith in our cops a bit.

Huh? Saudi has the death penalty for Apostates. If he was deported to Saudi, he'd be executed - which is why Germany almost certainly won't be able to do that. The Saudis had also been sending warnings to the German government about this guy being a threat; I expect there will be a lot of anger about why those were ignored.

I don't know why he got asylum. Is just saying you aren't Muslim in Saudi now a valid asylum reason? It's interesting how that reason never works for Christians.

I don't think the basis for asylum has been announced. But Saudi is a dreadful country, could be apostasy, could be something else.
Most of the people who are claiming asylum on the basis of apostasy are doing so because they've become Christian so I'm not sure that argument holds much water.
