I've got the same problem mate. I had about 80000 errors in OCCT, yet hardly any distinguishing problems in the heaven benchmark and games are fine, so maybe this is mountain out of a mole hill.

Just because the games you have tested now seem to be working, doesn't mean your card is fine.

It obviously isn't stable as otherwise OCCT would pass without a single error, never mind thousands.

All it takes is for a new game to come out, or for one of your current games to hit one of those errors and bam you'll get graphical artifacts, black screens, driver resets etc.

I had a GTX260 SOC back in the day, would run Source games all day long no problems, fired up CoD4, artifacts everywhere.

End of the day your card isn't stable, and isn't capable of running the clocks it has been sold with. So it is faulty.

Whether you are happy to risk it and carry on using it because it seems OK in games is up to you.

Personally I wouldn't be happy with a card that isn't 100% stable, as that is what you have paid for.

I've seen lots of people recommending these cards but it just seems like a whole load of potential hassle. A 6950 seems a much simpler option now...

took a week to find problem and declare faulty. Now up to two weeks for replacement from Taiwan and they haven't even told me what it's being replaced with!LOL

What did you say reference your RMA as the problem? Obviously this thing is working and to most people (joe public) they would be happy with it as it is working and hasn't let me down in any games as yet. I don't want to send it off to GB for them to find 'no fault' as such. It's a tricky one this. I've just run OCCT again, and it's definitely not stable - I get thousands of errors, but is that enough to warrant replacement?
