Yes I imagine they will.
Personally, because last years models were so good. Cobra, Stealth etc I would look for a deal on those as prices have plummeted.
Also some of last years Irons are also being slashed. I reckon you could find everything all in for £1500
Yeah, closer to the time, thinking March/April, I'll talk to my local shop with fitting, they seem to show a cost of £25 (maybe 'per club'?) for fitting which is then deducted if or when you buy. If I can get a fitting for a general idea of what type of club/shaft/lie angles etc then go either last gen on sale or second hand but with a better idea of what I should be going for.
Decided not to go to the American Golf before the round today, partially cause my bed was comfy

but also partially because I felt I should just keep practicing/playing with the clubs I've got for now, new clubs might be shiny but they're not gonna change too much...
But the game! Weather was lovely really, bit windy towards the end. I hadn't played that course (Signature at Woodlands, the 'easy' one

) for a good while, since before Christmas and my record was 115, par is 70 so 45 over.
Today I scored 106! 9 shots better than my best, and I didn't just play consistent, had some awful shots in there but also some great shots, so happy with that overall
I think part of it was the playing partners, just the two of us today and without any of the impatient ones so it was a really relaxed, chilled round and just felt 'better'...
