493ppi, pfft! Only 515ppi is good enough for me![]()

This is a good bit wider than the 6+ isn't it? The height isn't really the problem with these phones, it's the width.
I can handle my 6+ okay, but it's not an effortless task, if it was any wider then it'd be even more difficult.
The bezels are a bit big but TouchID is amazing so I'll happily accept it.
I'd be struggling to pick between this and a Note 4 if I wanted an Android phone, the Note will probably shade it if you can live with TouchWiz.
The same Apple users have been mocking phablets for years and they've now been forced to accept the worst 'large' phone on the market. Yes that's only my opinion but it's based on the screen size, bezel size and screen resolution. I've no idea what the battery life is like on the iP6+ but that's never been one of Apples selling points.
Just had a play with a Note 4 for half an hour in a Samsung store. Nice looking device but just wasn't for me. Holding for the Nexus 6 now.
Hmm, I thought it was always the height of these 'phablets' that Apple users had an issue with, with your thumb not being able to reach the top, or the top far corner.
The nexus looks much much better imo, yes its a big device but we've had big devices for years now and they've almost nailed it here imo in terms of the screen size to bezel ratio. The iP6+ has offensively large bezels, full stop. The same Apple users have been mocking phablets for years and they've now been forced to accept the worst 'large' phone on the market. Maybe it's just me but with Google voice search and voice activation being plugged by Google in radio and tv ads every which way lately ("OK Google, ........"), I find the fixation with one hand vs two hands to be odd. Perhaps on one out of every 20 messages I might be inclined to type with a keyboard.
Two years ago I found that Google Voice figured out about 15-20 out of every 25 words I would dictate to Google. Today it is rare that they miss any of my words!
Guys, don't you find Google Voice to be useful to you too? Is my reliance on Google Voice solely related to the fact that I am also a Glass wearer (I love Glass!) and everything starts with the verbal command, "OK Glass.....make a call to....take a picture....record a video.....recognise this.....etc"? But even if I did not own Google Glass, I would be so likely to use voice commands and dictation most of the time I am sure.
Some have said to me.....but I do not want people around me to hear what I am saying in a text or Hangout or WhatsApp, etc. But I find everywhere that smartphone users are speaking loudly into their phones with their head bent over like they are suffering some kind of seizure!
Did they actually confirm a UK launch today? The nexus 9 is on the store so I assume no Nexus 6 today...
I think it's a fantastic phone (largely because of iOS, but I'm not getting that on a Nexus 6 anytime soon). The bottom bezel, at least, is a necessary evil in order to get TouchID in there, and it is utterly brilliant, I couldn't have a phone without it now.
This is all mostly subjective, as you said, and I don't think you've read much about the iPhone 6 Plus really, from what you've said. On the battery - it's one of the best around (as are most of the specs really). It's also a bit daft to pigeonhole everyone into an Apple users category, too.
Ouch. I was hoping the N6 would be sub £500 for the 32gig.
