I thought mileage in Sport always counted towards the daily ticket?

@spaceman just realised what your PSN username is, the person always top on my friends leader boards :p What is your setup?
 
@Andybtsn Ah :) I don't have a wheel setup I use a controller @ sensitivity 6. ABS: default, everything else off. Bumper view.

Before this update it was only the Sport mode races that counted for the daily mileage ticket. Now qualifying, Cup free practice and the time trial count.
 
I'm not that good, lol.

I want to drop back to B/S where the racing is fun and mostly clean. The A/S races have loads of people divebombing and block passing on corners. People on gtplanet agree and want to move down. I'll try my best after some beers tonight :D

I think there's a cup race at Brands hatch tonight.
 
Tried the TT Cup earlier as it seems to be creeping into the top times. Fun to drive doesn’t have the top speed of the WRX but it’s way easier through the chicanes. Not beat my top time yet but I am close after a few laps.
 
Manufacturers Cup GT1 tonight. Qualified 15th, 0.6 off pole in the GR Supra. Finished 8th

Only 3 people missed the RM + RH tyre memo before the start and got the 1min penalty.

As luck would have it, i linked my PS5 earlier tonight. I've just uploaded a really fun clean race from earlier in the week, but it's TV Cam (first youtube upload since 2017!)


I saved the replay of my Daily Race B 1:41.9 in the F458, i'll upload it in the view i use tomorrow so you can see my lines etc.. :)

More to follow now i've linked my PS5 to YouTube.

You’re better off looking at your friends content from within the game. You can alter view setting etc while watching their replays to suit what you use including race info etc.

Nice race @spaceman loved how you kept it all together whilst towing a yellow WRX for pretty much the entire race! Nice and fair from everyone though.

I’d forgotten this game has music! If you can call it that :p

If the rear view mirror in bumper cam didn't make cars look further away, I would have probably made more mistakes. I didn't know how close he was until I watched the replay, lol.

I couldn't get away from him due to all the defensive lines I was taking through the corners, slowing me on the straights. Spam WRX easily got away. It was a really fun race!

For some reason I get the "music" on replays even if I choose to play the normal replay. I haven't figured that out yet.
 
Picked up a copy of GT7 earlier this week, managed to get a few hours in on it today. Always feels good starting a new GT game and progressing through it. Completed a few races to complete two Cafe menus, but mainly concentrated on getting all gold in the first set of license tests. Managed that with relative ease whilst adjusting to the different handling feel to GT Sport. I also completed all gold on the Maggiore circuit experience and already have over 1 million credits :p

Enjoying it so far, though the load times between menus and loading races seem to take an age (PS4 limitation I imagine).

Would be good to have a few of you guys on my friends list so I can see how good or bad I am at the game so far :D my PSN is CaptainFail_172 for anyone who wants to add me!
 
@Andybtsn - This is my fastest qualifying lap for Race B (1080p - 4k still processing)


I've uploaded another A/S Race B from earlier in the view i use in race, but it's still processing HD & 4K, i'll make it public when it's at least 1080p.
