Ahh cheers. After seeing the fake results I was wondering as I can vaguely remember something recently that GTX 280 was a dual GPU in one chip solution. If it were to be that and if those figures where real then I didn't think it would have been not so exciting news for everyone. If those figures were real and it was done by a single core then wow.

That is like a car manufacturer bringing out a new model and early pics getting taken before the first road test/review. Great to look at but pointless till we see the handling, acceleration, top speed, braking power etc. All the pictures prove that it looks good so showing pics doesn't reveal the performance or even give an indication.

I certainly agree that it's frustrating though .

that framerate is actually weak, but considering the res i think smooth gameplay might be possible a little over 1024 x 768
