Haha not confused, I like them both but Harry I like better. Just not a fan of his missus, I mean what did she expect marrying into the royal family?? Was she expecting a nice easy life away from the media?? If she did then she’s as stupid as stupid can be. British media is pretty scummy at the best of times especially the rags.You sound a bit confused

Yeah, I wrote the same thing about her a few posts ago. I'm not really a fan of Harry either these days, but then I don't know them personally so could be miles off. William seems to have his head screwed on though.

They are scummy but they have gone after Megan relentlessly. Even Kate has taken some crap for things like her morning sickness but Megan is next level. It is purely to sell newspapers which is what ****** me off. They couldn't give a flying **** about the royal family, this is all about selling papers and getting clicks on their websites.

Well that applies to everything including the royals really.
Only reason why they have gone after Meghan is because 1 she’s half black half white and 2 she’s American so could never be considered a true royal but that also goes for Kate too, who wasn’t in any way, shape or form from royal blood was she?? But her advantage is that she is white and therefore is the media’s darling compared to Meghan.

I mean out of all the nonsense his generation of Royals went through - his affair, Diana's affairs, Fergie's affair, Andrew's womanising and later (alleged) noncing...
Harry had a decent few years as a popular Royal who championed good causes etc.. and he and Megan have now committed the heinous crime of deciding to step down and not be Royals anymore... OMG.
There is a good reason why Royals used to marry other Royals now aside from some slight incest (Hapsburg Jaw) you so see here what happens when people of duty marry commoners for love. People in power marriages breed for genes and power so tell me exactly what did a 30+ half African ancestry and divorcee offer them?
They actually put up with it, And now Harry and Meg have given them two fingers. Not that i care that much i am happy enough with King Billy but ginger pubes was paid and meant to be a backup of a backup of royal genes. What happens if a plane crash were to happen for example?

Its amazing isn't it. Two young-ish royals decide to step back as they are sick of the pressure and press and the press and social media explodes with hate. Andrew spends years partying with a child sex trafficker and is accused of sex with an underage girl, its pretty much brushed under the carpet and it's Megan who has dragged the royals through the mud. What a ****** joke.

Well, not be royals, but still keep the free cash, free cottage, the titles I assume, the jollies when it suits them...
They could give it all up (apart from the security detail, even I will admit they need that) and at least have a few morals...
Why?
Morality is only realistically concerned with the wellbeing of people, if the Queen is willing to keep her son safe from investigation while victims suffer, then i think it would be a bit awkward to then say it's too much for Harry to keep some benefits of his birth.
There isn't anything here that's inherently immoral.

Well, I'm not much of a royalist, I don't like any of them really. The whole institution is an outdated farce.
There was a bloke in the Question Time audience tonight who criticised Harry and Megan's decision to stand down. One of the reasons he thought their timing was bad was because of "what happened to Prince Edward last year".
Yup. Not what he did but what happened to him.

Well yeah they'll keep the accommodation, but then again Andrew's kids also aren't working Royals and get to keep accommodation and titles etc...
The civil list payments will probs stop in the near future... though I guess they'll still have potential for private transfers of wealth from the Queen/Charles and no doubt presumably still have a portion of his Dutchy of Cornwall income for running their household... at least until William becomes Duke of Cornwall.
Security is an interesting one - Andrew's kids don't get Royal Protection - obvs their homes in Royal Palaces are guarded but IIRC he forks out for private security for them whilst out and about as they lost their police protection officers... I guess Harry is close to the throne but then again the same, no longer a working royal argument could be used there - especially if travelling back and forth across the Atlantic regularly and/or living in the US/Canada - that would be some hefty per diems/overtime and whatever other extra payments would be needed for the police officers concerned.
