Here is the list of things I would do if my monitor goes down.
Turn it OFF. Unplug it from everything. All cables, all power outlets, everything.
Take it to a cold place.
Take the power supply to the fridge. Seriously, but only go this far if your fridge is not condensing water.
Do this for 12 hours. This is to completely discharge the capacitors in the monitor.
OK, now get it back to your computer, or more preferably a laptop (you will see why).
On you computer/laptop, keep it at the boot screen, BIOS screen, or any screen before windows boots. this hopefully sends the video signal to all outputs.
Now plug back in the monitor and select a port to test. plug this port into the pc. turn on the monitor.
If you see nothing, try to see if any of the menu buttons work. hold pressure on the buttons for 5 seconds to be sure. This is especially true of the power button when the monitor has been unplugged for so long.
Do your best to cycle through each port option available and/or each menu option available.
If it doesnt work after this, see if there is any way to reset the cmos on the monitor itself. Otherwise, better get in contact with the supplier.
