Hazro - Any Update?

Very discomforting to read about the troubles markiemrboo and Mick-1965 are having :( Hope you guys get a refund or your units fixed somehow.

mrk You know I'll buy your screen if need be ;)

"If" I did (as mentioned above) it would be to have the bigger size screen and I'm quite liking the NEC one though I wonder what the Hazro one is going to be like... should have less input lag than the NEC too.

Once you go big you...want bigger :p

Lol I don't think I'm going to be selling it unless someone offers me an offer I can't refuse to make the hassle of getting a 26" worthwhile :p

Richdog, you certain about that? Is that the general concensus? I haven't owned a 24 or a 26inch monitor before, but was intending to buy the 26 inch assuming it wouldn't be oversized at that distance.

Is 26inch too big for general internet, and gaming?

It's never too big! it's the same res as a 24" just with more screen area, for gaming and movies would be awesome and of course sitting back and reading text would be easier too because text would be bigger.

Has anyone heard of when we are likely to see the release of the revised 'i' model on a larger scale via OcUK?

I thought mid August was when the silver bezel units would be released but as yet we haven't even seen the black bezel units (via OcUK).

Any thoughts? Would be good to hear any news, all this waiting is frustrating. Cheers.

Have any of you actually pre-ordered from Overclockers?

I am holding off in case it ends up being a 'W' instead of a 'Wi' as the 'W' is still the advertised monitor listed under pre-order

I was wondering about that too ?
In an earlier email to Hazro they replied: "The older HZ24WB is no longer available as it has been replaced by the HZ24WBi"

I recently sent OcUK a webnote asking when they would estimate HZ24WBi in stock. They had no idea. Yesterday I emailed Hazro again asking if they had an estimate when they would be supplying OcUK with HZ24WBi. Haven't heard anything yet ;)

I'm n to giving up my Hazro anytime soon! (if you read above on ALL posts you'll see I was not being entirely serious)!

Zero stuck pixels, zero banding, zero ghosting, no visible real world input lag, zero build issues, deltaE of 0.44 average and a max of 0.76 - not many panels can meet those features these days :p

what is the anticipated advantage of the Hazro 26Wi over the NEC MultiSync® LCD2690WUXi 26" Widescreen ?

Is there any reason other than being £100 cheaper that the Hazro would be a better purchase? My main uses are general internet, gaming and movies.

The NEC only has 2 DVI inoput, the Hazro has HDMI, VGA etc etc. Other than that the NEC didn't get a shining input lag or motion result in some reviews (it was the first 26" IPS panel after all) so the Hazro has a better performance panel too.
