Only what the drivers have told me, I think the round and depot are one and the same thing so I would assume it's only 1 rate per depot.
Update on this, still in the system for Evri doing the rounds, they've attempted a re-delivery of the empty package twice since - absolute joke of a company.Evri just tried to deliver an empty bag to my wife, obviously empty, ripped open and no item so she refused to accept it.
She gets onto the seller, oh, tracking shows you refused delivery, we can't guarantee you'll get it before christmas. Yes but the bag was empty, well you should have accepted it and sent us pictures, we'll investigate and get back to you within a week.
Going by the sheer number of people having issues and the time frame that would have to be one of hundreds of instances over years...Hundreds of Evri parcels stolen from warehouse and wheeled away in cages
£20,000 worth of items have since been recovered with seven arrestedwww.manchestereveningnews.co.uk
might explain a lot of the issues folk are having with evri.......
ah my bad - i was being sarky! i've had enough experience of this lot now to know a bit of robbery here and there is the least of their issues!!Going by the sheer number of people having issues and the time frame that would have to be one of hundreds of instances over years...
It also doesn't explain the way packages sometimes turn up months later
TBH that one sounds like they really skimped on security given there doesn't seem to be any mention of the criminals threatening staff of anything.
i know that feeling!!Sorry, my sarcasm detector was out of charge (long morning).
Oh the local guys seem fine, ours have tended to be good to very good throughout over the years.I know most people's experiences with Evri are dreadful, but I must say, our local delivery chap is very polite & friendly. Stuff never turns up damaged. They don't always come to collect when they say they will, but otherwise they've been fine for us on a local delivery level.

Retailer dragged their heels a bit insisting they needed to wait on the parcel to make it back to them and interally investigate, then copy paste reply emails every few days repeating the same. Finally got them to relent with a strongly worded email mentioning a chargeback and a replacement was despatched today.I'd just go back to the retailer and say parcel was damaged in transit and leave it to them to sort. They can at least see on the system that you haven't accepted delivery so shouldn't have any issues getting a replacement or a refund.
