Are you saying they are better or worse? the heroes look to have nice detail to them its the environment that looks bad to me. But having not seen it in the flesh i dont want to judge it.

It's far better, the level of detail is great on some maps.

I've been playing it a fair bit over the weekend, not that bad actually.

Currently playing Nova & roaming between lanes assassinating over-extenders (used to jungle in LoL so it seems a familiar role).

I'd like them to add a war/jungle system at some point (really the camps can't be started that early with most champs due to no sustain), currently roaming is too powerful due to the lack of sight/vision.

So, I am interested in getting into this, Is it worth splashing the £30 to get the founders pack or should I hold off for a free key somewhere?

I guess it depends how desperate you are to get stuck in.

At some point there is surely to be an open beta, and it seems various sites have had keys for the current closed beta so I am sure there will be more of these as they increase numbers.

Paying to get in now seems a bad idea if you aren't sure if you will like it or not.

Same. I bought the founders pack and not regretting it at all. You could probably buy a key for cheaper somewhere anyway. You could with hearthstone when sites were doing a lot of giveaways for them.

I have one question if you get into beta can you invite your friends too (you get some free keys if you are in game ?) My friend is in beta and i am not so if they give keys would be cool

Bar the daily quests another good way to get a bit of gold is to level the free rotation chars to level 5 to get the bonus 500g.

Yeah, I've managed to buy nova and zeratul so far just from account levels + getting last week and this weeks heroes to level 5. Its pretty nice but I'm really not looking forward to getting gold when I've gotten everyone to level 5. Going to be incredibly slow.

The more I play this the less impressed I am with it. The matchmaking appears to be awful which is what is spoiling it for me I think.

Yeah I've had a few teams that just don't seem to understand objectives. Sticking with it though because I have more fun games than not, and It'll get better once I get to ranked games.

Seeing as they're basically selling beta access, I'd be very doubtful. Some streamers/YouTubers have keys to give away, but I haven't heard of any referral program.

Well... I bought it, had a hell of a time losing some games yesterday as Arthas although the game does cause my graphics driver to crash which in turn crashes the game
