Once again Ferrari have passed over their own reserve drivers.
Anyone care to guess how annoyed Badoer and Gene must be now?
Are Badoer and gene reserve drivers or test drivers?

Course Bernie had some input into it.Can't wait I wonder if Bernie helped convince Ferrari to do it, because it will be brilliant for viewing figures.
What will be particularly interesting will be the question of whether Schumacher will return with his usual #1 status... A lot of people have derided MS for avoiding racing head to head against Kimi. Well, for the rest of the season, that is exactly what he will be doing. And make no doubt: MS is not returning to make up the numbers - he will be trying to prove that he IS the daddy of F1. No way would a 7-time World Champ return to make up the numbers.

Just another kicker for Ferrari then.i wouldn't be surprised if Bernie gave Ferrari a kicker to do it.

Not surprised about Valencia. From what I know it is a lovely city/region of Spain but I think the GP there last year was possibly the most boring of the season. It was just such a crap track.Would be a good idea, with F1 having such a rough year this year, Valencia looking like bombing (ticket sales where awful, before Alonso was ruled out for it) I'd have been thinking about giving a few quid to Ferrari to get him in.

I think its likely that Kimi and MS would have equal No.1 status. I honestly cant see any reason for MS to get preferential treatment, unless of course, he is hopelessly faster than Kimi.
What would be interesting is if MS turns out to be very very fast and has the hunger back, then he may even replace Kimi for 2010, which would block the move of Alonso to Ferrari.
