That's true, but MSc is still geting beaten by his team-mate, over the course of a full season. And that is the mark of the better driver, ie. the driver that out-performs his team-mate over the course of the full season and not just an individual race or subset of races.
but hes only performing better on points... in races his pace has been worse and hes been invisible.
no doubt you will argue the oposite i can only tell you to go check out autosport/atlas forums etc a lot of people have started to change their opinion of rosberg based on the last few races
He's overdriving the car out of frustration it seems. Don't think he's adapted to being in a midfield team tbh.
seems to be the general opinion thats forming onthe forums i frequent.
rosberg does great in qualifying but in the races hes not very agressive and is pretty much invisible doing his own race.
schumacher has pretty bad qualifying but in races hes much more agressive and without his mistakes would be higher than rosberg on points by now, he would have been infront of rosberg in silverstone without the penalty , in germany he finished 9.9 seconds behind rosberg but lost something like 15seconds on the lap he touched the grass and spun.
i remember that year hamilton was overdring a dog mclaren and made loads of mistakes, seems very similar to the more recent schumacher imo.
It makes absolutely no sense that Mercedes have MSc on their team, when they could get a younger driver in,
who are they going to stick in anyway? di resta? hes done terrible in races compared to his team mate, mercedes need a driver who can aid there development and give good feedback.
if de la rosa can be so valuable as a test driver i dont see why schumacher cant be one of the best things for mercedes seeing as testing is banned, merc have have started hiring a lot of people recently aswell look at the jobs page
seems they finally realised no one else is sticking to the manpower cap so why should they
