Also the Sida in those you have is stronger that that in the Sida Extreme, one cap of yours is about the same as 2 of them.

My Protein Sida - 300mg - 10% ephedra = 30mg
Reflex Sida - 125mg - 10% ephedra = 12.5mg
Sida Extreme - 200mg - 8% ephedra = 16mg

Took one this morning, and two about an hour ago. Just been to the toilet for a good flushing, that didn't happen when I took one :D

Thing is I don't feel any different to when I don't take any. Perhaps a little warmer, and since taking two I think I feel a little 'jolly', but not ill.
 
I got a noticeable but mild high the first day I took the SC, but it's not surprising as ephedrine is a dopamine re-uptake inhibitor so it sustains increased levels for longer.

I have noticed an increase in energy levels, mentally as well as physically. I got the same SC as Oliver btw, from the myprotein site.

Cos if you use all of this stuff on top of what your already doing its time to increase your goals?

If you use all of these suppliments to make your training effective you should always increase your goals, you've got no escuse to make less effort.

When did we say we were using less effort? Nothing wrong with a helping hand.

I'm guessing morning (8), lunch2 (2.30) and before training (so 5ish at the latest).

I used Reflex Sida and it did absolutely nothing for me I'm afraid.

Towards the end I was doing as you say above, 2 caps 3 times a day. Was taking them with my meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Did nothing for me in the slightest.

Maybe it's the low dose then, the ones we are taking seem to be working fine.

Good food probably, its not as if I can have my Zinger Tower Burger anymore :p As for the curry last night, i've not put weight on as I was expecting :cool:

Today will be my sixth day with a loss of 5lb-6lb (might be a lot of water retention) - i've gone down a notch on my belt aswell.
