Hydroxycut & Weight loss supplements

So what do you think about Stackers?

From the side of the tub: 1 - 3 capsules daily, each capsule contains Sida Cordifolia - 125mg, Caffeine - 100mg, White Willow Bark Extract - 75mg, Naringin - 25mg.

I get tubs of 60 capsules for £20

nice one, glad to hear the weight loss is going well, using this will still allow you to keep your muscle you're building?

I think I definately read it helps to retain the muscle. Don't forget a good diet is still essential.

Sounds incredibly weak compared to what I am taking, I would certainly recommend Sida Xtreme for an extra £8

It's funny how they all seem to be 'the strongest sida available' :D

I noticed ;) As long as it works im couldn't really care less. I'm worried incase my loss considerably slows now. Got a feeling it will...

I'm weighing myself every morning, I hope it continues the trend :) I'll post details tomorrow.

To try and slow down/stop any potential immunity/tolerance try 3 weeks on 1 week off or (as I do) Monday-Friday then break at the weekend

Edit - Just ordered some of the ones from myprotein

Not sure how I'll got about it yet - I may finish the Stackers I have left, or I might have a couple weeks break and then start the new ones

well my pack of the stuff arrived today, how many caps did you get in our bottle manlove?

How many you are taking now? Is it best to start of with 2 a day for a couple of days to see how you get on and then up it to 2 afterwards?

I've given up on the scales. It seems every morning I get up I 'feel' live I've lost weight. Sounds silly I know, but that's how it is. The scales aren't really moving mind. I'm convinced they're knackered.

Manlove, looks like we should be getting advertising money out of these places ! :D

I would do a small dosage first then the recommended after a few days.

Cos if you use all of this stuff on top of what your already doing its time to increase your goals?

If you use all of these suppliments to make your training effective you should always increase your goals, you've got no escuse to make less effort.

Why cant you work just as hard while taking the supplements? Why do you think that youve gotta be doing less work if you take supplements?

When I take supplements I actually work harder than normal...because to do otherwise would be a waste of money.

seem to be working for me, gave in and weighed my self last night and its the first time i have been under 15stone in 4 years.

Was 16st at christmas and got down to around 15 1/2, but this seems to just give me the little extra i need.

On a different note i always hate it when i start going back to the gym, as my waist has gone down 2-3inches but my neck has grown by an inch. (neck is 16-16 1/2 when not gyming, 17 - 18 after a couple of months normally). Will need a whole new wardrobe soon :(

Exactly, not to mention supplements allow you to work harder thanks to faster recovery times, more motivation, better moods, etc Plus you have less chance of falling ill as your imune system gets a boost...

and we all know how devastating falling ill can be to a training routine!

Manlove,

are you eating normally when taking these instead of what it says about using them as a dietary supplement?

Eating normally (although a lot healthier than my previous diet). Trying to stick something in my mouth every 3 hours.

Weighed myself today (was scared that it wasn't working because I went shooting back up to my starting weight... but after several hours sitting on the toilet, im back down to the weight that I was (-5lbs) but im still feeling heavy. Feels as if I have plenty more the shift within the next week. :)

My scales haven't budged since I started, which is ridiculous considering the amount my belly has shrunk ! Didn't realise scales could stay the same no matter what. Would have thought it would drop at some point?

Well i've not lost any weight in a couple of days (haha...). It might take time mate, but some people have said similar products have done F all for them. You might be one of them :o

Talking to me? I know I've lost fat, if not weight. It's blatently obvious if you look at me. That's why I don't understand why the scales aren't changing.
