My cautionary tale here is that a weeks worth of operations, transfusions and specialist care took the bill to £3.5k - of which we had no insurance. Yep, that was a double blow, but we were happy to pay as he was such a big part of our lives. Suffice to say our other cat (and now a replacement) have the highest possible coverage!
£25 per month is mental for pet insurance.
How much do you pay a month? Someone else in the thread mentioned £25/month.
Assuming a cat lives 15 years, you've paid £4,500 in insurance.
