I have been suspended from work today.

Hired indeed. I was supposed to hear from the pub yesterday but never got a call. So I gave them a bell this morning. She said she called and left a message last night which I never got, maybe wrong number but that can be sorted out tomorrow.

I have my induction monday at 11. Got my disciplinary at 2pm on Saturday. Going in armed with my other two aces and my resignation letter. According to the hand book if I resign I will get my notice paid as 'garden leave'

So life is good and looking for a challenge in my new role. Out of retail and into hospitality. Hard, fast paced career. Can't wait. Plenty of opportunities to progress and she thinks I can do so quite fast. Starting at the bottom working my way up. Only way to get to know the business properly.
 
Will be nice to be in the disciplinary knowing what you e got waiting for you. They'll likely be expecting you to be worried sick and very apologetic as most people are in a disciplinary. Try not to be too smug.
