If you use V-power

Apparently my tanks capacity is 50 litres, but the light comes on at around 41-42 litres I think. I don't tend to go for supermarket stuff, as I get slightly better mileage from Shell, Total or Texaco.

Fortunately I still have over half a tank left. I tend to fill up on the petrol light, unless one is convenient for me to go to. Two petrol stations I drove past had signage and were dry and the petrol station nearest to me had a half mile queue down to the traffic lights.

**** it I thought and parked up instead.

Idiot panic buyers.

Didnt see a single queue today, everything seems normal again now bar the odd shut station.

Bought cigs today, no queue at Tesco and cola redbull for 25p.

Seems normal out there now. Fella I was out with was telling me how queues in chigwell blocked junctions and cross roads because the people were being so ignorant

The gov said to 'brim your tank when your next at the station'. Which joe public interpreted as 'GO FILL UP RIGHT NOW'.

Does anyone know when there will be some deliveries of V-Power, or any high octane fuel to any petrol stations? Nowhere has any

No V-power in High Wycombe

Now I know this place (H Wycombe) is full of delinquent muppets, but seriously they ran the Shell tanks dry on Day 1 of the announcement and Shell haven't restocked. Every day its a case of we are getting a delivery this afternoon.

Having to make do with BP Ultimate.

Saw a group of army lads getting instructed how to fill the pumps at my local Shell today. Think they might have V-Power in as well, didn't see any yellow handle over it, perfect timing for my trip to Scotland this weekend

Sounds like a very picky map!

My car drove and felt completely fine when I got a bit confused in Germany and filled up with what I thought was super and was in fact 95 on my standard Revo map.

Yeah its a custom map done by JabbaSport. It is very good and at the time they asked if I just wanted it tuned for 97 RON or whether I used V-power. As I have only ever put V-power into it since the day I bought it (6.5 years! - 90k miles!) (apart from 3/4 tank of Texaco Super and BP Ultimate once every blue moon) I went for the V-power option!
